Okay that title is just a little too cutesy for me but it really was about flipping and flopping...this Friday has been a really pain in my butt and my knees and my elbow and my foot. I fell down the stairs this morning AGAIN...but this time I was in the garage so the concrete greeted me with a firm cold smack. I'm less than pleased...I'm really worried I'm going to be hurting tomorrow. But as we've seen in previous posts Dave, as he has done all week, came to my rescue...he picked me up calmed me down (at least a little) and got me on my way. This mushy lovie dovie feeling this week is probably really nauseating to everyone around me...OOOOOH WELL.
So anyway last night we got one piece of furniture put together:
I have to be honest its BEAUTIFUL in person. I mean really a simple and striking piece of furniture...I'm in love with it...except it's HUGE. It is so much bigger than I thought it was going to be and heck I really did use a tape measure and everything it's still HUGE. It's in the bedroom currently and it's taking up a lot of space. Regardless it's so stinkin pretty...we'll probably pick something up soon to put in that spot and move this pretty piece down to the dining room or living room. It's got the nice grooves to hold plates but its also really deep so it would be great filled with books next to a big comfy chair. So many uses I'm just daydreaming about moving it...even though it looks nice where it is.
Anyway I'm happily ending out my Friday and headin home with the bebes to finally watch real live TV and play on our very own INTERNET...and take one GIANT horse pill to relax and let my body just 'chill.' Happiness abounds!
